He has several years of experience working in the areas of excise tax, fuel surcharge, gambling and lottery tax, and tax proceedings.
He is the Head of the Excise Tax and Gambling and Lottery Tax Section of the Tax Administration Chamber in Opole at the Second Tax Office in Opole.
Between 2009 and 2017 he served as Customs Service Expert at the Customs Chamber in Opole.
He delivered training courses on excise tax for businessmen and tax administration bodies.
He is an author of press articles on excise tax, fuel surcharge, and gambling.
He wrote research papers on excise tax and fuel surcharge, and co-authored the commentary on the excise tax law.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in Taxation at the University of Wrocław.
He is a member of the Financial Law Association "Aureus" at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole.
