Biography:
She has worked as a tax advisor for more than 5 years.
She specialises in indirect taxes (excise, VAT, customs), and in the so-called "green taxes", including CBAM,
she gained experience in the Indirect Tax Team at EY,
she is an author and co-author of numerous articles published by the trade press.
Selected areas of expertise:
ongoing tax and customs consulting for domestic and foreign entities, in particular in the field of international trade in goods,
conducting comprehensive tax and customs reviews, focused on identifying potential risks and customs and tax savings,
consulting and representing companies in the implementation of special procedures and customs simplifications,
obtaining excise permits,
performing analyses on the classification of goods into appropriate CN codes and the establishment of their origin,
representing clients before tax authorities in the course of tax and customs proceedings, as well as inspections, also before administrative courts,
developing internal customs and tax procedures,
delivering training courses and workshops on excise, VAT, customs, CBAM,
drafting reports on the consequences of implementing specific regulations for selected industries.
