  • She is a tax advisor with ten years of professional experience.
  • She specialises in tax issues related to the international trade in goods, particularly VAT, customs duties, and trade sanctions.
  • She has worked with EY and Enodo Advisors in the past; before that, she had completed internships and apprenticeships at Polish and international law firms and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • She took part in numerous Polish and international training courses on customs duties and VAT.
  • She is a graduate of law from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław; she took part in exchanges and scholarships at the University of Warsaw and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Spain.
  • She is fluent in English, and speaks Spanish and Czech at an advanced level, and Russian at an intermediate level.
  • She has delivered training courses on trade sanctions for businessmen and Chambers of Commerce.
  • She has delivered training courses in customs duties and VAT.
  • She provides comprehensive tax and customs consulting to companies operating in the energy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, defence, construction, real estate, financial, fuel, and food industries.

  • She has represented companies in the process of applying for AEO status and in proceedings on anti-dumping duties held before the European Commission.
  • She supported clients and represented them in the course of customs and tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts, related to litigation, obtaining tax refunds, and obtaining interpretations.
  • She advised and represented companies in the implementation of special customs procedures, including inward processing, and customs warehousing.
  • She supported businesses and Chambers of Commerce during consultations on tax laws and their drafts with the Ministry of Finance.
  • She provided advice on determining and confirming the origin of chargeable goods for customs purposes.
