- Specialises in issues related to income tax structuring, with a particular focus on tax-efficient transformations and the sale of businesses;
- Extensive practical experience in coordinating restructuring processes (business transformations, company transformations, divisions of capital companies, domestic and cross-border mergers, divestment of enterprises, etc.), legal and tax implications of restructuring;
- Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
