- lawyer with over 5 years of experience in food and product law,
- at KDCP, she is an expert in the Food&Feed Law team,
- prior to joining KDCP, she worked at a specialist boutique law firm serving food and product industry entities,
- author of publications on food law, including selected food law issues in Ukraine,
- conducts training and workshops on food law for marketing, quality, R&D and legal departments,
- graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, completed the American Law programme at the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw,
- bilingual (Polish and Ukrainian), also fluent in Russian and English.
- The implemented projects include:
- comprehensive advice on problematic issues in the field of food and product law for producers, food and feed distributors and retail chains;
- opinion-giving on food contamination issues, including, in particular, in terms of MOSH/MOAH, heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiological contaminants;
- opinion-giving on advertising campaigns and marketing materials for the confectionery, cheese and dietary supplement industries;
- comprehensive service for entities dealing with organic food in all aspects of business, including obtaining an organic farming certificate;
- comprehensive service for food industry entities from Ukraine in the field of starting and running a business in the territory of the Republic of Poland, including comprehensive development of label designs and the introduction of products to the market;
- training on organic food, pesticides and labelling of foodstuffs for the Ukrainian market.
