- For five years, he worked in the Regulatory Risk Department at OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., where he coordinated the review process of draft legislation, developed proposals for legislative amendments concerning the company’s regulatory environment, and prepared legal opinions on the compliance of the company’s planned activities and initiatives with applicable law.
- He has experience in drafting regulations for the energy infrastructure sector, having served as a Senior Specialist at the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure.
- He is a member of the supervisory boards of key energy companies, including PSE S.A., PERN S.A., and PGNiG Obrót Dystrybucyjny S.A.
- He has extensive experience in providing legal advisory services to the energy sector and is the author of numerous legal opinions, analyses, and industry publications.
- He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.
